Keep in mind that Ive been in this god for saken bus for 20+ years. Now what dish allows you to do and what I do are two very seperate things. The bottom line is this. Im a sub contractor!
That meens I am self employed and can decline work when I want. Now have you noticed the rate at wich the faces change in your shop. If its like most there are two or three guys who have been there for a few years and the rest are 2 to 5 months in. Here is the thing, The only thing that matters is dish not hearing complaints regarding late times or unclosed jobs. The late times are becouse the fcc sends them fines adjusted by the percentage of customers who complain of late calls, and of course closed jobs = revenue. If your not making a profit than its worth trying it my way. Oh and you know what I say to the boss when he hears about me charging a costomer for my time? I always say the same thing, Its either him or you gonna pay me, your choice. Trust me it works.
