Re: warning signs

Urban environments play themselves out much differently. Just look at Katrina. It's good to be countryside when the crap hits the fan. My long term plans are to buy and build out in Northern Arizona. I've also taken some flight lessons. There'll be plenty of aircraft around in a SHTF scenario because most of the public can't fly so its only a regional airport away from getting to a stable area.
