Good point John , it reminds me of Bermuda , I rode a scooter up until I got my license there . The whole island is like a road race in the mornings . I must admit I did enjoy riding the scooters like a wild man. Blowing by stopped traffic . I still find it hard to believe the man didn't know he severed his leg . Like Rich said he must of been on some heavy meds. Duck
