These "bikers " over here in Japan drive like ass holes . You can't call them bikers really because 90% of them drive mopeds and vespers and little scooters. They can hardly make the speed limit and think nothing of cutting you off, weaving through traffic, passing you on the wrong side at red lights. Almost non of these so called bikes have never been to a safety inspection since they were bought.
I bet the gut in the story tried to go past someone on the wrong side and got his ass run into the guard rail knew he was in the wrong and continued so the police would not fine him for an uninspected bike, and unsafe driving. The cops here hardly stop these guys but think nothing of writing up every fine the can on them after they have an accident.
I have nothing against bikers I one 2 my self but these guys over here I can't feel sorry for when they get hurt.
That's just my feelings
