I worked inhouse and the only day my truck was neat was the day they gave me an hour to clean and stock the dam thing. Hard to keep it clean and neat when your installing one day and hanging power supplies the next, or splicing in the morning and running service in the after noon. Was a great system to work in you never got board doing the same thing every day. We had 7 techs and we all did everything, when Comcast bought us out the QC guy came in and road with each one of us and did not know if he should s#$t or wined his watch. We ended up teaching him. Then Comcast came through and said everyone had to do a specific job. I went to construction and splicing just to have more verity in my job.
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
