Creative Idea, however I see a few setbacks. First, powering. Today most power supplies run at about a 5 to 7 amp draw of their 15-amp max. I’m sure most of you remember back when most power supplies ran at a13 or 14-amp draw, and had to chase down blown fuses with every little power spike. So consider what you’re proposing. Let’s assume that all of this electronic equipment has a ½ amp draw per unit. Once you install 12 units, you have used up your reserve and overloaded your power supply. Second problem I see is how do you scale down the size of these modulators and tuners. I think this will be one hell of a box mounted on the side of a house.

This is not meant to sound negative about your idea, just a few initial thoughts I have.
