Since a hack prime could very well move into town and attempt to drain a good prime's workforce through a number of nefarious methods I'd like to know why such a hold is a bad thing.
You are viewing this hold as collusion, and it may be in your case because you simply want the benefits on the other side of the fence, but if all other techs were to do the same it could lead to the ruination of the company you want to leave. That's not fair either.
Seems a hard case to win. I suggest you pick up a contract elsewheres and return in 2 months.
