Oh yes- Technically you're at the EOL (End of Line) where anything can be the culprit i.e., low RF or low power or both. Check out the value of the TAP plate and number of ports on that particular tap. Is the Tap Plate split at one of the ports and you're off of a splitter? How long is your drop? Has its integrity been breeched? Bad fittings et al., ? Be careful if you use your own meter. Check for correct channel /frequency line-ups and here's an old one, if it's still analogue - Std, HRC, or IRC?????? EeeGads - they do still exist.
