If you quit, make sure to pop one of those QC guys in the jaw so that way the whole shop goes down and management can get their asses canned for not having the spine to put a stop to this crap a long time ago. Don't worry about the other techs, cable jobs are a dime a dozen anyway, so they'll be fine.
