Liberty is freedom to enjoy life in the manner you wish to as long as it isn't detrimental to to others. Or Liberty is generally considered a concept of political philosophy and identifies the condition in which an individual has the ability to act according to his or her own will. Meaning it shouldn't hurt others or stop them from enjoying their way of life. This doesn't mean there shouldn't be a standard of living for the country. Boundaries, if you will, that we need to abide by.
Justice is the consequence of breaking the laws set forth but the people of this nation or justice concerns the proper ordering of things and persons within a society. As a concept it has been subject to philosophical, legal, and theological reflection and debate throughout history. There are really too many interpretations of those 2 words and many meanings can come forth.
