no, i am actually doing rebuild that they pay for everything u do on a rebuild. if u go for a phone upgrade rerun all outlets to the outside, new drop(arial or underground) weather it needs it or not u get paid. and best of all i have never had a problem with billing or getting paid on time!!!!! so it could be a good thing.
