Didn't ya know ???? it's part of the scope of work that you bring the house to full compliance for free when you do a $12 box swap. Last man out.
Oh! even better. Go and do a $12 box swap that you can't do because the warehouse is out of HDDVR's and they have you give the customer a HD box for now (so they can increase revenue asap), but when the customer does a walk in when the HDDVR's are in stock and they give him a defective HDDVR guess who see's the $75 charge back.
