Thanks FC13 will be going back out to investigate the cable.
I know we checked with a meter for any grounds/open/shorts from the output to the casing, etc., and seen nothing but perhaps it is in the PIN connector, no splice on the 2 output cables other than to the next tap.
ldavis: Good Inputs was that on the Input side of the amp I was able to have all good picture/sound on all channels, only on the outputs was it distorted.
