if it is tied into the bug nut (lashing clamp) when i came along it wouldnt be that way for long. Bug nuts are not for bonding. Use a weaver (bonding clamp) if u have to make a bond. Just bonding it to the strand doesnt really mean anything either. How do u know the strand is bonded and grounded correctly.
