I knew that mso's had to be doing that. A few months after contractors leave they start to wonder why they have so many service calls. I know one particular MSO wont hire anyone with experience, they hire people off the streets at 8.00 hr and in 3 years you might make 12.00 and still know little to nothing. Not all MSO are bad. I have been to a few that was running a real tight ship and people that knew what they were doing
