I do have to agree with what has already been said about the topic, but the reality is that DirectV does not charge the HSP for the service call. The HSP is the one that creates the charge back for the service call. Just effective July 1st, Ironwood has now increased thier service call charge back from $40.00 a piece to $100 a piece on a job that the tech made barely $80.00. I am still trying to figure out how legally you can with hold more money from a subcontractor than what the job pays.
