You are crazy!!!!
1) well you cant do much about that one
2)If the port dont work after i first call it in and the job is wired with
internet and dial tone im gone and job gets billed. Port will be fixed when the person who created the problem fixes it then a return trip will be in order on their dime.
3) when i get used eqip....i plug it into a power outlet before i leave the office. that eliminates 80% of the bad boxes right off. if there is still a problem see #2.
