there is one simple way to fix all these problems we are having out here with these MSO's and that is to join together and unionize this whole industry so that we don't get walked on or so easily replaced by the less expierenced and less paid installers or companies, I have been doin this for 18 long years and I've seen it go all down hill, there has never been a single year when something has changed to benifit the installer, the work load got bigger and the pay got shorter, we all went to employee base and how many of us get overtime past 40 hrs.

THEIR ROBBING US OF OUR MONEY AND OUR INDUSTRY AND WE SHOULD TAKE A STAND ONCE AND FOR ALL AND DO A NATION WIDE WALK OUT AND FORM A UNION STRONGER THEN VERIZON.
