That must be right because if it was TW Cable there would be twice as much bad equipment and 50 - 70 percent of all jobs would not work due to the account not being structured correctly by the MSO personel. Of course you would be on hold for around an hour with each one before you could prove that to the dumb-ass (most of them, but not all) dispatchers that work in house for them. That's why I walked!
