Re: How much crap is too much?

How many of your jobs are reschedules or cancels, if you are running more than thirty % then you are outside of the norm. Calculate your daily expense your completed jobs and your incompleted jobs and see if you make 30% more than the guys on hours that work inhouse. If you think you'll make as much as the President of the US. By going into business for yourself you'd better figure into all of your work a percentage of R/S and Cancels. You guys are pointing out the jobs you don't get to complete but we never hear of the ones that you did in 15mins and got paid the full rate. when you are unable to complete 70% of your issued work then your a slug and may need to rethink your career choice. Or indeed the MSO is lacking management. Maybe you can go in early and help predict which jobs will be the hard ones and maybe spred the work out. Help them set up a test lead inside of there office so you can at least test your EMTAs before taking them out. If your are a contractor do your own work. if you are an employee you are the MSO maybe you can get your mom to come in a sweep your gear. If you're a contractor you are there to help the MSO. Be the meat for all that gravy in your bowl. Come up with a way to be an asset...help out the ones with plenty of other stuff to worry about.
