Does anyone else have Hold Times sometimes in Excess of 30 miutes or More for Comcast to answer their phones in Dispatch?
All I want to do is add equipment to the account, or make a change to the work order so it's reflected on the customer's account. Maybe even have them verify the customer isn't there. This is RIDICULAS to say the least. They want you to be on time but will not help you by having enough people's to man the phones to get this accomplished. Last man out, Yea right.
Tell them you havent TIME since you were on HOLD for the last hour to get the account info straight just to find out that it didnt happen. Oh Well, another 30 on hold.........Free... I QUIT.
