Technical reasons for doing things in a specific way are goos reasons. I just remember so many empty pronouncements..get SBCA certified,,,, no barrels in the sat to ird line.......no rg59........compression fittings only...white trucks.......phone lines mandatory.....They just pump out this crap. If all was clearly stated in a specification and every job was done on a competitive bid basis...
