I see what yur gettin at. (1) Delash temptie existing......(2) Lash a seperate fiber...Ah Ha, two line items..... Replacing a broken lashing wire would be DeRe. Moving a fiber storage down would be DeRe and the DeRes don't involve a trailor, true. If they're trying to pay you DeRe for (1) and (2) you might be gettin screwed. Cheers.
