OK If I Delash an existing fiber and temporarily hang it, then overlash a new fiber, is that De/Re? Or is it Delash and overlash? Two separate items. Does anyone else get paid the way they are paying me. If that is correct, then what do I charge for replacing broken lashing wire, or moving a fiber storage down a few spans?
Basically, no type of trailer is needed for De/Re. Correct?
