You are right that companies need to start demanding quality in the field, however, with them expecting 10 installs a day it's not gonna happen. To do quality work you have to have the time and as we all know QUANTITY overides quality everytime! If you showed an MSO 100% quality as in ALL passed QC's and I mean ALL, but you were only getting six installs a day you would be fighting to keep your job or would have to do alot of explaining to the install supervisor why you were slacking. The pay has gone so low that you almost have to do 10 a day to earn a good days pay and as the saying goes "you can have quantity or you can have quality but you cant have both'' Guess which one the MSO is gonna want?
