It is about time a company started implementing standard rules for the installers out there and I hope this starts a trend. Most of the installers I have dealt with are hacks and jump around from job to job with no money, meter, tools and all of them that I know always leave town with modems, set-tops, etc.
My hat is off to this company for setting the standards and keeping the riff-raffs out.
