Whenever you come to know a company that prioritizes cost over quality dump them. Put them on your ****list, to never consider in the future. The Telstar's, the Prince's. Very simple. All this bitching about the hiring of others not on your particular list of favorable peoples is silly as those 'others' may well turn out to be ten times the man your present associates are:
Work well
Don't hack
Don't cheat
Don't steal
Earn well
