I am currently doing some research on this very topic. From what I have learned so far, DNS is going back 18 months on each and every sub and issuing chargebacks for work orders that DNS(arbitrarily?) determines were closed for invalid reasons. One sub in this area has been assessed for over $9000.00. A smaller sub in our region was hit for a little over $1000.00. My company has been hit for almost $3400.00 over the past two weeks. I'm wondering if this is a nation-wide process, or just restricted to the southeast. Any other DNS sub-contractors out there been hosed by this policy? If you ARE a DNS sub and want to know if you have been affected by this policy, the DNS contact in CO is Mario Gomez at 303-723-1418. He has the total amount that each sub is being held responsible for. Anyone willing to contribute to my research, please drop me a note!!!
