Dishnetwork backcharges on all contractoes

Any companies having recent and unjustified backcharges from Dishnetwork ? I'm hearing from a lot of contractors in Georgia about this issuse, and some may not recovery or be able to continue work due to these charges. Dish did this in the past and put a lot of companies out.
