It is getting harder for the average (white guy) to find a job in the construction field. I have worked in underground telecom for 30 years and now find it near impossible to to get employment as an equipment operator/foreman. I cannot compete with the likes of the illegals that will live a dozen in a 2 bedroom trailer. I own a home, pay taxes and all other things that support our economy. How do I compete against someone that will do my job for less than minimum wage? The focus needs to be on the primes, peo's and the companies and their way of breaking the rules so they can make huge profits while us average white guys lose everything we have worked for.
