Re: Legal question for apartment complex.

I used to do MDU rebuild design and contract negotiations with property owners when TCI was still around and we had complex owners sign a 5 year contract to avoid this ever coming up. If there isn't a contract stating that the MSO has exclusive rights to the wiring then they can only remove electronics ,and anything that is permanently attached or buried under ground should belong to the property owner. I currently do MDU conversions from CATV to DirecTV for bulk accounts at hotels and apt. complexes.
