As a customer, you will hate the card. You will hate the technition who appears incompetent due to his lack of ability to get the darn thing to work right. you will hate the mso for offering such a crappy piece of crap (for lack of a better term). The tech will hate you for ordering one, then demanding that he make the crappy piece of crap work. Even if you can get the thing to work, it will be because the tech had to install a bulky amplifier and/or power inserter under your t.v. defeating the purpose of the "wire-free" interactive device. DONT GET ONE!!!!
