Simple...If the complex can prove they paid to have the 750/taps/LE/drops installed by the MSO then it is theirs. But that is unlikely...Now the complex CAN REQUEST the MSO to stop serving the property and the MSO would have to comply...However what the MSO does with the equipment/lines at that point is anyones guess...IF the MSO abandons the lines/equipment (the most likely scenario) then you have free reign to do what you please with said lines/equipment...First things first tho...Contact the MSO and tell them you do not want them servicing the complex any longer...
