Now I disagree with that. Nobody is born with any experience ... in anything. I've seen punch press jobs advertised where they wanted 3 or more years experience. That's a job that takes maybe 2 seconds to learn, at most. Some learn far faster than others.
If every job opening will only hire someone with years of experience, then how does one ever get a start in anything?
