you guys are funny, I would never work for 5.40 a reconnect...Thats what i find in most Time Warner Systems, they have different billing codes if your have to restart/reconnect a service from outside...However, in the Comcast systems I worked in, its doesn't matter whether you're going into the housed or just restarting it from the pole. The reconnect price stays the same.
