Tech/installers/contractors simply need to find alternative work, in another field.
Eventually, as always, corporate America will realize just how valuable contractors are and will be.
By sticking it out gets no one anywhere. Just lower pay, and the shaft.
Wake up guys and gals. Send this inherited industry a message now, there behavoir will and is no longer acceptable.
Every major player of cable and satellite services reviews this site daily. They can review our comments and know what to expect. When nothing is done on our side, corporate America will continue to supress you and your family.
Remember, when your wife and kids go to bed, and those bills continue to come in and that checks barely pays those bills, if at all, you are failing your family.
Enough is enough.
