Re: What amazes me

I've been doing a maintenance contract for a while now. Designing, splicing and activating plant extensions. mostly new UG subdivisions. also doing pole tranfers, fiber replacement aerial and overlashing and building plant to feed these subdivisions. The aerial pays very little and I hate doing it but have put up with it to get to the gravy splicing and activation.

Tuesday I was told that all of the splicing and activation is going to be done inhouse for training for their rookies but I will still be doing the aerial. Great! twice the work for half the price. I need to get out of this business.
