Heck John, all one needs to do is look at the way they treat loyalty.
Now I may not be a rocket scientist, but, why would you cut the rates on the guy you know is doing work to speck and offer better rates to some people you don't know the history of simply to make a project push. Stability in a positive progression should be the key. From what I see, it appears as though they brought in some greenies who took the pricing (just to get a contract) to use them as a bargaining chip against hometown boys, and figured well we can clean it up later. The main goal was to get the rates to drop.
We all know the game. we've been in this long enough, it's that magic word that justifies the greed. VOLUME.
And by the time the poo hits the fan, it's too late. The locals are stuck with it.
LOL... and people wonder why the experience is leaving this industry.
