Techs need to simply stop working for any company who has no "performance bonds. After being in the sat business for 2 years I've seen enough fraud to simpky refuse to work in the sat industry.
Just one other thought. Just how long will you techs continue to work for peanuts and pay the $3.00 per gallon charge. Eventually DirecTv and Dish will get the message. But then again, what I've notice with this industry, there is little hope when techs suck it up as they have for years.
