cmf, If you have to ask, you are already in trouble. You need to work for somebody that has experience in this area. IMO you sound like you have none. I don't mean this as a dig just an observation. But since you ask.......... You'll need a Mass fusion machine, you can use it for singles too, OTDR, ORL & light insertion test equipment, VFL, fiber trailer (some splice in they're vans), you can get buy with a tent but I don't recomend it. Central tube access tool, (UFAT 3000), Ribbon splitter,(Corning or Fitel). And on top of that you have quite a number of specialized hand tools. If you want a complete list, call FIS or a comperable company. If any of this doesn't make sense to you then you definitly need to gain some experience on some companies' nickle or you will be doomed to failure.
