new contract, workmans comp insurance $5000.00 general liability insurance $800.00 truck insurance liability $1,0000.00 and that is on every vehicle you own not just work truck. they hold 10% of your pay, background checks, drug test, and backcharges that you just cannot believe, i have not had any yet but guy's i work with. it's a joke, and they are the biggest because of dycom. this is their way of forcing you in house, no!! you cannot change the contract. sign or look for a job!! if you quit or get fired you can't do cable work for a full year. prince you need to look at what you are doing and what kind of help you are going to employ. can't afford to work for prince telecom. this is to be a installer.
