knows damned well ive always done my own line installs at my house. remember once, i ran the lines in my home, and told my wife when comcast came to drop off my hsd modem, he was to leave it , and id install it, wouldnt ya know it, he installed it anyway, cut my outside antenna lina, and hung the modem in the center of my office wall, convincing my wife that it would overheat where she told him i was installing it, . i took pics, fixed the screw up, and charged comcast for the work i had to do to repair it. told em id see em in court if they didnt pay. well, they payed, the tech got fired, and i wound up working repairing the neighbors cable lines since comcast in house screwed up almost every install in my neighborhood, and have the pica and statements from neighbors to back it
