My answer in the past is this. If I go to a t/c that needs a reinstall and my name has to go on the work order I will call the "supervisor" and tell him I need to be paid for this install.
Now, Ive been ripped off in the past but I do give the company one chance. If I do not get paid for the reinstall than the next time I have a T/C similar I call the "supervisor" and tell him to take back the job cause Im not touching it. Ive been done w/ working for free for a long time. Now if the customer is willing to compinsate me for my time than Im fine w/ it. But otherwise they can kiss my @$$.
