I am also installing for dish and i agree on the pole mount dish wants you to give pole for free and have a pole reimbursement code added to the work order but they wont tell you how much its worth even then i don't trust that one bit pay me on sight for a pole mount or any other custom labor. They also want you to hook up every computer for free no matter how many they have if they have 4 there with a router they want us to hook em up i say hexx no. and as far as tech support goes I dont persay have any problems with any of the installs as far as needing tech support but they have not been to bad considering its all new to them as well.Only problem im having is accounts being cancelled from techs who have been there before and have to rebuild which takes 48 hours or more as far as a number its just dish thats all i can do to help 1-888-233-3474 good luck
