Wild-Blue...things that make ya say Humm....My partner and I have done 5-Installs and made approx $1400..
All the ones that were mounted on the house NO PROBLEM
If a pole and trench are involved there has been issues.
The thing that sucks is we are doing Installs thru DISH
and not directly thru WILD-BLUE. Clearly this system still has alot of bugs that need to be worked out. We as Installers have very limited things we can trouble shoot for problems.DISH/WILD-BLUE Installers have NO support team in place. If you call WILD-BLUE to troubleshoot you get tranferred to a dish CSR..and anyone who has Installed dish knows what a nightmare that is.
SVT-good....IP Address-good...QC of Installation-good...system working great for 20 hours a day....and then takes a sh*T..
Can anyone give me a # to call for SUPPORT even though I am Installing thru Dish?? any and all comments are appreciated.
