As would anyone. As would I. Slaves are cool. They work cheap and never bitch. Wish I could find a hundred of them.
All that aside, the real question here is can an employee based contractual relationship work. I say no because there isn't a primary contractor I've confronted yet who was more interested in quality over profits. Not a single one will train properly. Not a single one will guide. They're all the same in that their primary objective is to get the MSO to sign the dotted line and then go home and sleep until their check arrives, afterwhich they find all kinds of toys to spend it on.
Very bad biz to seek out ethical behavior in.
