I don't think you know what you're talking about, frankly.
Comcast's interest in dealing with only employee based vendors is a national incentive, there's not much of an option to remain in play as a subcontractor firm unless you're strictly doing construction or u/g drops... A big part of this is the acceptable minimums on background certifications for field representatives. I think you'll agree that the situation that occurred in Chicago late last year simply can't be repeated. An employee based firm is more likely to adhere to all hiring practices defined by the vendor service agreement.
