getting paid nothing for doing a job!!!

its pretty sad , when your doing a ov and you have to call the dispatch for cable comp,and wait for them to try and fix the problem and it takes 2 hrs on your cell phone get paid 27.75 for a total of 3 hrs and my boss says i cant bill any extra hrs , im thinking the are billing and not paying us alot of **** they should they say we cant bill for hrs any more,we do work for cablevision in nj, they also say that its because of this new billing,im a sub contracor not a employee,sad i kinda new of this company and was told what could happen,also my boss "the bully" is one of those guys who says if you don't do what i say and piss me off you will never work in cable again ,he also is mad that i bitch about what we are getting paid.it makes everybody mad at are location.he dont like people who have been around to talk about this stuff .he ya know there is so much more i can say but thanks for letting me bitch,im gonna move on
