ok you know where you put www.speedtest.net. put this, exactly how i type it.. 192.168.100.1 then click on upstream and give us everything on that page... then click on downstream and give us everything on that page....
oh ya, what kind of modem do you have. i might have missed that somewhere, and how long have you had it?
