I have worked for this outfit Helm so I can honestly say you don't know what you're talking about.
They pay maybe 40 cents on the dollar and expect installers to hang until 7pm. They pay no health, no insurance, no anything unless you are an employee of theirs making even less than that 40%, closer to 25%.
They're another company proving what's wrong in the industry we work. I would never work for them again.
